Xavi : My message is clear with Dembele

Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez confirmed that Osman Demel’s refusal to renew his contract has become complicated with the Catalan team.
Before facing Athletic Bilbao in the King’s Cup final, Xavi spoke: In a press conference today, Wednesday, he confirmed that “Bilbao is a very strong team, and it has one of the best Spanish coaches. He stressed that what matters to us is to win.”

And he talked about Dembele, saying: “The situation is very complicated and difficult, and we, as Barcelona club, are looking for a way out in the event that his contract is not renewed, and the situation is currently not good for any player. We will take the appropriate and best decision for the club.”

And he talked about the attacks that have accompanied Busquets constantly in the past period: Busquets’ center is very important and he is one of the best players in the world and he is a major player and certainly knows his mistakes and learns from them. But he remains a very important player for the club and the negatives must be avoided.
As for criticism, it is normal because we are in Barcelona and we have to accept it and remember the criticism that Busquets was subjected to in 2010 with the national team when we were world champions. So we have to persevere and improve performance and results.

Regarding the renewal of Dembele’s contract and the statements of his agent, he said: We respect the decisions of others, but I think that the message is clear, whether the renewal or finding a way out.
And about Dembele’s travel with the team to face Bilbao, he commented: “Tomorrow we will decide.”
