Barcelona scored a 1-0 victory against Deportivo Alaves on Sunday evening, as part of the 22nd round of La Liga.
Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong scored the only goal of the match in the 87th minute.
With this victory, Barcelona raised its score to 35 points in fifth place, while Deportivo Alaves’ balance froze at 17 points in 19th place.
The match began, under pressure from Barcelona, where Sergio Dest hit a powerful ball that hit the Alaves defense in the 5th minute, and Barcelona striker Luke de Jong hit a powerful ball inside the area, but it passed over the Alaves goal in the 13th minute.
Barcelona defender Gerard Pique hit a powerful ball from outside the area, which was saved by the Alaves goalkeeper in the 30th minute.
