Inter Milan and Benfica produce epic quarter-final match, with Inter Milan emerging victorious

The Nerazzurri qualified for the semi-finals of the European Championship, benefiting from its victory away from home last week (2-0), to set a date with Milan in an exciting Italian derby.

Lautaro doubled the score for Inter in the 33rd minute, after Dzeko’s cross, which the Argentine striker met with a header, but the referee canceled the goal because there was a mistake on Lautaro, who pushed the Benfica player during the shot.

And in the 38th minute, Benfica equalized the score through Frederick Orsnes, who took advantage of an excellent cross from Rafa Silva on the right side, and turned it with a missile header into the net of the Nerazzurri.

And Benfica succeeded in reducing the score in the 86th minute through Antonio Silva, who took advantage of a free kick that was crossed inside the area, to meet it with a header in the far corner of Onana.

Peter Moses equalized for Benfica in the 90 + 5 minute, after a cross from the left, the defense failed to disperse it, reaching Moses, who fired a low shot into the net, recording the tie (3-3).
