On Thursday night, Erling Haaland helped Norway win in Serbia (1-0). Simultaneously, Sweden won 2-0 in Slovenia, while Grece defeated North Ireland (1-0) in the UEFA nations league.

Sweden beat Slovenia 2-0 in Ljubljana on Thursday thanks to a penalty from Emil Forsberg
in the first half and a fantastic solo goal from Dejan Kulusevski. Sweden got off to a good
start, with Alexander Isak hitting the post with an early header. After a foul on Viktor
Claesson, Forsberg calmly converted a penalty kick to give the Swedes the lead in the 39th
minute.
On the hour mark, Kulusevski came close to extending the lead, cutting in through the
middle and curling a shot past Jan Oblak, who made a superb one-handed stop to tip the
ball away for a corner. After breaking away solitary on a counterattack in the 88th minute,
the Tottenham player managed to deceive the Atlético goalkeeper to secure win for the
Swedes ahead of their home game against Norway on Sunday. Slovenia is planning a trip to
Serbia.
