Chelsea catch Leicester Foxes by three in their home

Chelsea completed its awakening and defeated (3-1) Leicester City in its home (King Power Stadium), today, Saturday, in the 27th round of the English Premier League.

The Blues continue the series of awakening with a second successive victory, taking advantage of the state of euphoria by qualifying for the Champions League quarter-finals against Borussia Dortmund.

The Chelsea hat-trick was scored by Benjamin Chilwell, Kai Havers, and Mateo Kovacic in the minutes (11, 45, and 78), while Patson Dhaka scored the only goal for Leicester City (39).

And the “Blues” raised its points to 37 points, from 26 matches, in the middle of the standings (tenth place).

While the “Foxes” fell into the trap of losing the fourth in a row, the 16th this season, keeping the team’s balance at 24 points, occupying the 16th place, and remaining close to entering the relegation zone, from which only one point separates it.

Leeds X Brighton

Leeds United tied at home to Brighton (2-2), leaving the first in 19th place and penultimate with 23 points, from 26 matches.

While Brighton’s score is 39 points, it is ranked seventh, and it has 3 postponed matches.

Leeds United scored the double, Patrick Bamford and Jack Harrison (40 and 78), while the guests Alexis McAlister and Jack Harrison scored “accidentally” (33 and 61).

Everton X Brentford

Everton breathed a sigh of relief with a very early, hard-won victory with a goal over Brentford, scored by Dwight McNeil in the first minute.

Everton jumped with three points to 15th place with a total of 25 points, compared to 38 points for Brentford, who comes ninth, from 25 matches.
