Barcelona manipulated its arch-rivals Real Madrid, and won (3-1), to crown the Spanish Super Cup title for the fourteenth time in its history, in the match that was held at King Fahd Stadium in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
Barcelona’s goals were scored by Javi, Robert Lewandowski, and Pedri in the 33rd, 45th and 69th minutes, while Karim Benzema scored for Real Madrid in the 90 + 3 minute.
The match started under pressure from Barcelona, where Pedri sent a cross into the penalty area, towards Robert Lewandowski, who headed a ball that passed over the crossbar in the 10th minute.
Lewandowski hit a powerful ball on the edge of the penalty area, Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois touched it, hitting the right post and bouncing in front of Baldi, who shot next to the right post very strangely in the 13th minute.

Lewandowski succeeded in adding Barcelona’s second goal in the 45th minute, as Javi set off on the left side, bypassed Real Madrid’s defense, and sent a cross ball towards Lewandowski, who easily settled the ball into the net, to end the first half with Barca’s lead with a double.
With the start of the second half, Baldi set out and crossed the ball towards Dembele to separate Courtois, but the latter excelled in blocking the French star’s ground shot, in the 51st minute.
Courtois continued his brilliance, as he blocked a new break from Lewandowski, and turned his shot from inside the area into a corner in the 54th minute.
And the match referee awarded a free kick to Real Madrid, from outside the penalty area, executed by Toni Kroos with a curved ball inside the penalty area, which reached Rudiger, who strangely hit Ter Stegen’s goal in the 56th minute.
Pedri added Barcelona’s third goal in the 69th minute, after a pass from Lewandowski to Jaffe, who set off and sent a cross, which Pedri met and put into the net.
Rodrigo almost scored the goal of reducing the difference for Real Madrid in the 80th minute, with a shot from outside the area, which Ter Stegen brilliantly tackled.
Barcelona continued to dominate the game, in the remaining minutes before Karim Benzema scored an honorary goal for Real Madrid, a few moments before the end of the match, specifically in the minute (90 + 3).
