Dortmund’s Narrow Victory
Borussia Dortmund secured a hard-fought victory against Wolfsburg (1-0) on Saturday in the fifth round of the German league. The only goal of the match was scored by Marco Reus in the 69th minute, capitalizing on a pass from Julian Brandt.
With this win, Dortmund earned 11 points, placing them in fifth position, while Wolfsburg remains at 9 points, occupying the seventh spot.
Leipzig vs. Borussia Monchengladbach
At Borussia Park, Timo Werner led Leipzig to victory against Borussia Monchengladbach with a goal in the 75th minute. The victory brought Leipzig’s total points to 12, securing the third position in the league, while Borussia Monchengladbach remains with only two points, positioned at 15th place.
Union Berlin vs. Hoffenheim

Augsburg played with 10 players from the 62nd minute after Arne Angels was sent off. This win brought Augsburg’s points to 5, positioning them at 11th place, while Mainz remains at the bottom of the table with just one point.
