Ferran Torres equalises after Ansgar Knauff’s opener!

Barcelona drew 1-1 in the first leg of their Europa League quarter-final against Eintracht Frankfurt, with Ferran Torres scoring the equaliser.

Frankfurt, who were cheered on by a large crowd,

were unfazed by the prospect of facing Barcelona,

and Ansgar Knauff scored just after half-time with a wonderfully struck strike from the edge of the penalty box.


Barcelona had failed to create many chances,

but with the appearance of substitutes Ousmane Dembele and Frenkie de Jong, they substantially improved.

As the Catalans equalised in the 65th minute,

both Dembele and De Jong were engaged in a complex move, with Torres providing the finishing touch.
