Koeman the “killer” saves Bayern from the trap of Salzburg
Bayern Munich escaped falling out of its stadium, with a deadly draw with Austrian Red Bull Salzburg (1-1), today, Wednesday, at the Red Bull Arena, in the first leg of the 16th round of the European Champions League.
Salzburg’s goal came in the 21st minute through Junior Adamo, but the response came from Kingsley Coman in the 90th minute. The two teams waited for the second leg on March 8 to decide the qualification ticket.
The start was calm on the part of the two teams before Bayern became dangerous after 10 minutes through Gnabry, who penetrated into the Salzburg penalty area, shooting a left ball, and goalkeeper Philip Cohen found her on the lookout.
Salzburg coach Matthias Geisel had to make an emergency substitution, after his striker Noah Okafor was injured, to push Adamo instead in the 12th minute.

Salzburg launched a quick counter-attack through Ademi, who passed the ball towards Aronson, to prepare it in turn for the substitute Adamo so that the latter succeeded in placing it with his right in the far left corner.
Aronson almost surprised Bayern with a second goal, after penetrating into the penalty area, before firing a powerful shot w ith his left, but Sven Ulrich brilliantly saved it.
