Sevilla! strugglers are victorious after a hard-fought victory

Sevilla! bolstered their Champions League aspirations with a win over Levante thanks to two goals from Jesus Corona and a late goal from Jules Kounde.

Jesus Corona headed home Lucas Ocampo’s cross in the 14th minute to give the visitors the lead.

Five minutes later, Levante equalised from the penalty spot after the VAR determined Diego Carlos had handled in the area.

Jose Luis Morales’ spot kick landed in the bottom right corner.

so in LaLiga Corona restored Sevilla’s lead in the 27th minute with his second goal.

Ocampo was the supplier once more, this time with a cross that Corona pushed home from close range.

Sevilla!

After Marcos Acuna pulled down Nemanja Radoja in the box, Levante were awarded a second penalty.

Morales, on the other hand, missed a penalty, and Sevilla added a third with a Jules Kounde header a few minutes later.

The strike by Roberto Soldado set up a tense finish, but Sevilla held on for a crucial win.

On the ‘Ciutat de València’ pitch, a lot was at risk, and both teams were quick to show their cards. Levante played a containment game,

relying on Morales’ overflow as their major attacking reason, while Sevilla took control and played to the left,

where Mexican Jess Manuel Corona caused problems for the local defenders.

With a luxury companion, the Argentine Ocampos,

who returned to the team, the Mexican would be the major protagonist of the first half.

For Levante, the connection between both players proved fatal.

The reaction of the Valencian team was immediate.

Watch the unbelievable strong goals of Sevilla and Levante today!!!

At 16 minutes Rober Pier scored in an action in which he seemed to be offside, but in the review,

the VAR detected some previous hands by Diego Carlos and after viewing the play himself, the referee decided to award the penalty.

Morales did not fail, despite the fact that Bono came to touch the ball, to raise the tie. With hardly any time to savor the equalizer.

Sevilla dealt a new blow to Levante. Once again Ocampos served at the heart of the area where ‘Tecatito’ took advantage of the fact

that his poor control misled his marker and the goalkeeper to score 1-2 and sign his first double in the Spanish League.

Finally in LaLiga Goalkeeper Cárdenas kept Levante in the match with two spectacular headers from Ocampos and Rafa Mir.
