Senegal vs Equatorial match: Senegal beat Equatorial Guinea
Senegal beat Equatorial Guinea 3-1 in Cameroon’s quarter-finals of the African Nations Cup.

The Teranga Lions opened the scoring with the goal of striker Famara Diedhio in the 28th minute after a pass and the best of Liverpool star Sadio Mane, the goal that ended the first half.
A Guinean Awakening..Senegalese Resolve
The second half witnessed a great awakening for Equatorial Guinea,
where the referee awarded a penalty kick in the 50th minute after the Edo ball hit the hand of Senegalese defender Coulibaly,
but he returned and canceled the kick after the VAR intervened.
Guinea returned and succeeded in adjusting the 56th minute after several passes, as it was Boila beautifully in the goalkeeper Mendy’s goal.
And almost Equatorial Guinea again in the face of Senegal’s goal.
Cheikhou Kouyate slipped in the 69th minute and invested a fatal mistake by the Equatorial Guinea defenders,
following the ball and confidently putting it in the net, mistaking the national elephant’s goalkeeper.
Ismael Sarr ended all the hopes of the Elephants in the 79th minute after he finished off an amazing pass from Sas into the Guinean net.
The matches of Equatorial Guinea were unsuccessful for the remainder of the match, to be announced by the South African referee.
