Real Madrid’ won the Spanish League for the 35th time after defeating Espanyol 4-0 in the 34th round of La Liga on Saturday evening, in the Real Madrid stronghold of “Santiago Bernabeu.”
Rodrygo scored two goals in the 33rd and 43rd minutes for Real Madrid, while Marco
Asensio scored in the 55th minute and Benzema scored in the 81st minute.
Real Madrid’s score in La Liga increased to 81 points, while Espanyol’s balance remained at 39 points in thirteenth position.
Mariano Diaz almost opened the score for Real Madrid in the fourth minute,

At the start of the second half, the referee gave Espanyol a direct free kick on the edge of
the penalty area, which was taken by Raul de Thomas and directed at Courtois’ right post.
In the 55th minute, Marco Asensio scored Real Madrid’s third goal, receiving a deep pass
from Camavinga and hitting the right post of goalkeeper Diego Lopez.
